Technical Resources

You will find a number of pages on our website dedicated to keeping you updated and informed on the key areas of the accounting profession. Including: In Practice, Financial Reporting, Auditing, Law & Regulation, Taxation, Ethics along with an SME and Credit Crunch resource. These pages are constantly updated by our experienced technical team and are available on our website.


Accountancy Plus

Accountancy Plus Journal issued quarterly by CPA Ireland provides core technical articles, together with relevant information on business and professional matters.


Monthly E-Bulletins

The monthly eBulletins published by the CPA Ireland provide useful updates from the worlds of Tax, Practice, Business and Financial Reporting. Also included is a list of upcoming CPE courses.


Promotion of CPA Qualification

The Institute, our Members and Students know the value and respect demanded with the CPA qualification. The entire team at the Institute endeavour to further enhance this and promote the CPA qualification by recruiting new students and growing the number of people using the CPA designation.


Representation

The Institute as a whole represents our Members on a number of levels and we are committed to representing the Membership to government, regulatory and other key stakeholders.

Supporting Members in Difficulty

In difficult times the Institute endeavours to provide, where possible, support for Members who for whatever reason find themselves in difficulty. These supports include the Member Benevolent Fund and reduced rates on subscriptions and CPE.


Free and discounted online courses

Throughout the year the Institute provides a number of free CPE for all Members across events, webinars and online courses.

Benevolent Fund

The CPA Sri Lanka is trying to set up Benevolent Fund to provide financial assistance to members, students and/or their dependents/families who, through no fault of their own find themselves in financial difficulty and whose circumstances meet the criteria set by the Directors of the Institute. We expect this to be in operation in a short time.
